What this policy covers
This policy covers kivem.net. Where an app from Kivem, such as stund, has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to your use of the app.
Information we collect
Browsing this site. We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and we don’t ask you to create an account or fill in forms. The fonts, images, and scripts on this site are served from our own domain, not from third parties.
Server logs. As with most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept only for a limited time.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include, and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
How we share information
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run this website and our email, such as our hosting and email providers, and only so they can provide those services; or
- when the law requires it, or when it’s needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kivem or others.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email sebastian@kivem.net. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
